Someone must be available to accept the delivery. If no one is present, you're welcome to pick up your vases at our location — or, depending on your area, we may be able to arrange a later delivery for a small fee.
Not at all. Your arrangements arrive completely table-ready. We select stable, wide-based vases designed to sit safely on dining tables and countertops without tipping — no setup required on your end.
Each subscription requires a $100 refundable deposit. If a vase breaks, we deduct $10 per broken vase from your deposit refund at the end of your subscription. The remainder is returned to you in full.
Each bud vase stands under 12 inches tall. They're designed with busy spaces in mind — present and elegant without getting in the way. The low-profile, stable vases are ideal for dining tables, reception desks, and shelving.
Flowers are endlessly varied in colour, shape, texture, and fragrance — and your arrangements will reflect that. Blooms rotate throughout the season as new varieties come in. We use one cohesive design across all your vases each week for a unified look throughout your space.
We can't guarantee a specific bloom or colour palette in any given week — availability is seasonal and weather-dependent. That said, we always keep your space's aesthetic and décor in mind when selecting what goes in your vases.
Our flowers are cut the day before delivery for maximum vase life. The single best thing you can do: change the water every other day. Visit each vase, tip out the old water, and add an inch or two of fresh. It takes minutes and significantly extends bloom life.
Store flowers are often grown with heavy chemicals and are several days old by the time they reach the shelf — they won't last a full week. By the time your staff shops, washes vases, trims stems, and arranges everything, the time cost alone makes a subscription the smarter choice. Our flowers are fresher, last longer, and look far better.
